I work with a majority of people younger than me
This is the first job i’ve worked in, where the majority of ppl are younger than me.
Which is incredible for a few reasons:
-They are all really nice.
-They can drink and not get hangovers. Even the ones who think they have a hangover don’t even know what a hangover is.
-They stay out partying till 4 ALL THE TIME. And then come into work feeling fine.
-Even the ones i think are older than me aren’t. It’s very confusing.
-Scouting For Boys reminds them of “university days”.
It’s a bit like a 2nd confirmation, a coming-of-age 27 year old finds they aren’t young anymore, in the work-place (with positive revenue consequences). This should be a film by Bright/Kaufman/Crane. My character would be played by Matt Dillon.
I understand how patronising this blog sounds GOOD, but i hope it provokes in the memory of when it happened to you, and oo isn’t it weird #whataworldwelivein
