What is a Chino Wanker?

Originally i thought it was the amusing one from One Direction being completely out of the box and changing his twitter handle to Chino Wanker, possibly as a badge of pride after being insulted with it ‘oi you chino wanker fuck off’ ‘@person chino wanker, love it!’ *changes twitter handle to chino_wanker*
In fact dere friends it’s a term of unendearment that i’d not heard of.
Delving more deeply it was added to Urban Dictionary in August. The UD description is a class attak on the “chavs” who started to like indie music…which makes no sense. So we’re all agreed Urban Dictionary that is wrong ok.

Personally, I think the twitter thing is really shit. It’s definitely written by someone who is at uni, and has been into indie “since the first Arcade Fire album”, who doesn’t like all these ex-McFly fans listening to all their stuff.
It’s a catch-all phrase, like “chav”, or “Kev” or “wanker”. In my mind, a chino wanker is a twat who wears chinos. In fact, readers, it goes a lot further than this. Have a look at the twitter search for it

it would appear that Chino Wanker is a catch-all for everyone, as long as they are a twat and on facebook.
Asking some friends on Gchat who have their fingers on the pulse, the following definitions came up:
